Dr. Konstantinos Kotios is a Vocational Orientation Consultant, founder of LABORA Training Consultants and an Author. He has been active in science and business in the field of education for the last 20 years. He is currently investing all his energy in the innovative project LABORA Training Consultants, which is active in the fields of Vocational Orientation , Strategic Career and Lifelong Learning.

Having more than 8,500 hours of career guidance and career strategy lectures in 3 different countries and throughout Greece, as well as more than 6,500 hours of counseling with students, he strives daily to help young people unlock their future. He has taught professional counseling and career management in Programs of the University of Piraeus and the Aegean

Δεκάδες έρευνες, τις οποίες έχει επιμεληθεί, έχουν δημοσιευθεί σε έντυπα και διαδικτυακά Μ.Μ.Ε., όπως και δημοσιεύσεις σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά, πανελλήνια και διεθνή συνέδρια. Φοίτησε στο τμήμα Φιλοσοφίας – Παιδαγωγικής  του Α.Π.Θ. ακολουθώντας την κατεύθυνση της Παιδαγωγικής όπου και περάτωσε τις μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές έχοντας παράλληλα καταρτιστεί συστηματικά σε επιμέρους τομεακές εξειδικεύσεις του επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού και της δια βίου εκπαίδευσης. Στο ίδιο τμήμα αναγορεύτηκε Διδάκτωρ όπου και εκπόνησε τη διδακτορική του διατριβή στο θεματικό πεδίο του επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού.

Dozens of researches, which he has edited, have been published in print and online media, as well as publications in scientific journals, national and international conferences. He studied at the Department of Philosophy – Pedagogy of AUTh following the direction of Pedagogy where he completed his postgraduate studies having at the same time been systematically trained in individual sectoral specializations of vocational orientation and lifelong learning. In the same department he was awarded a Doctorate where he prepared his doctoral dissertation in the thematic field of vocational orientation.

Finally, he has an intense writing activity (I choose studies & profession, I choose postgraduate studies, On the chessboard of his career) and just released the first hybrid book in Greece entitled: Studies with a future 2022, available from Patakis publications. He is a Certified Adult Educator of EOPPEP, a member of the Hellenic Society of Counseling and Orientation, the Association of Counseling and Orientation Officers, and the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (I.A.E.V.G.).
