Tina Archontiki, founding member and Managing Partner of the Greek franchise of Extended DISC International, has 17 years of experience as a management consultant specializing in the fields of training, people assessment and coaching in Greece and abroad. She also has 9 years of corporate experience in Line Management positions in Human Resources and Marketing departments of multinational companies.

A turning point in her career was her certification in 2017 as an NCS Corporate Consultant by the global organization NeuroChangeSolutions of Dr. Joe Dispenza (author – New York Times best seller, corporate consultant, international lecturer, researcher). The 120 members of the global team of NCS Corporate Consultants of Dr. Dispenza, are trained on an ongoing basis by him personally and the NCS Consultants are the only ones who have the right to teach the, based on Neuroscience research, NeuroChangeSolutions experiential training and coaching programs.

In the last 8 years Tina has specialized in the Shipping Industry where the need for validated psychometric tools and practical stress management methods is high.

Stergios Vlachopoulos

Stergios Vlachopoulos has 30 years of corporate experience. In the past he has held the positions of Trade Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Sales & Operations Manager in large organizations, and for the last 17 years, as Managing Partner of the Greek franchise of Extended DISC International, he has focused on people assessment, training, and executive coaching.

Stergios, through his long experience, his excellent knowledge of the capabilities of the unique Extended DISC software and his in-depth understanding of the needs of each client, has become a specialist in the design of personalized solutions, adapted to the specific requirements of each project.
