Panagiotis Kostopoulos studied Philology and then Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA). His postgraduate studies were in counseling and vocational guidance (MSc, 2006), clinical neuroscience (MSc, 2008), as well as in the history of philosophy (MSc, 2012) (at the respective universities of EKPA Athens and Duke University North Carolina, USA). He has also specialized in postgraduate (seminar type M.A.), in chronic stress management techniques (2010) and in techniques of strengthening self-confidence (2010).
He trained fo four years in cognitive psychotherapy (C.B.T.). His work has been published in world conferences, and he has many published articles in local and national publications on mental health. Since 2012 he is a doctoral candidate at the University of Athens.
He is the scientific director and founder of the FocusLab and Amfiaraos Child and Adolescent Centers, which provide parent counseling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, learning disabilities, neurofeedback and child and adolescent counseling.
He is one of the founders of the three-stage SuccessLab career guidance center, with long experience and presence in the holistic career guidance approach.
