Dr. Nancy Mallerou is an internationally awarded Master Coach, one of the pioneers of Coaching and one of the most sought after speakers in Greece. Through her seminars, speeches, articles and books she has positively impacted the lives of millions of people. She has the paternity of the term “Esokentrismos ©” (Internalism), which she presented in her speech at TEdx in 2019 and which is the basis of her approach to her personal and professional life.
The Women Economic Forum honored her with the “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All” award (March 2020, Cairo) and in 2021 she was awarded the title “Wellbeing Expert of the Year” by the Prestige Awards.
Her passion is to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of people through Self-leadership and Internalism.

Dr. Nancy Mallerou is an ambassador of Women Act and a founding member and former President of the Greek branch of the International Coaching Federation. She is the author of the books “Better Can Be” and “Competitors, Collaborate!”. She holds a degree in French Philology from the Athens School of Philosophy, an MBA from the European School of Management (Oxford, Paris, Madrid) and a PhD in Collaborative Strategies from Panteion University. She is a Coach U graduate and accredited Coach and holds a Life Style Management Diploma from Harvard Medical School’s continuing education department.

She has 14 years of experience in the very demanding work environments of multinational companies as a Communication executive and has taught Marketing and Communication at Panteion University for more than a decade. She is a devoted mother and wife and enjoys traveling, golf, interesting conversations and everything that helps her evolve. Her mission is to awaken the Greeks (and not only) and to contribute to the creation of a better, happier, more balanced world. She believes that love, evolution and contribution create a life worth living.
