She belongs to the nlpgreece® team of NLP trainers and is also an active member of the European Board of NLP (EBNLP). She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an M.Sc. in Humanities Studies from Hellenic Open University.

Over the past 26 years Maria has built a successful track-record working with Graduate programs in higher education and delivering Executive training. She is thus regarded as an expert on Human Resource Development in the European Union (Technical Assistance for ESF) while being an ESF Programs and Adults Trainers Assessor in Greece. She is a registered member of the Teaching Staff
of Training Institute at the National Centre of Public Administration and the InterBalkan Institute of the Public Administration and Local Government.

She is the author of a number of articles, books, training material and certification material on the subjects of communication and workforce development for organizations.

Recently she is working exclusively as a trainer in organizations of public and private sector.
