Senior Trainer at nlpgreece®, a Marine Engineer with an MBA from Manchester Business School. Active on Business Consulting & Mindset Training Ioannis has started his career from Shipping industry, moved to the steel production and has landed at Re-engineering People & Business.
He is a Certified NLP Trainer from NLP University at UCSC & Certified Coach from Saucerful Mindset Maps International and is focused on developing the human potential with respect not only the business life of employees to achieve business excellence but also for their own personal development and growth.
He takes part of research programs of ERASMUS+ that are on developing the soft skills, communication & self-management and he is also a guest speaker at the Aegean University about decision making based on the Ymodel™ that has developed.
He holds a position on the board of the Hellenic Alumina Board of Manchester Business School. He is a member of the Global NLP Training & Consulting Community and the European Board of NLP.
Panagiotis Tsagkas
Panagiotis Tsagkas belongs to the nlpgreece® team of NLP trainers and is founder and director of “mind_effect”.
He grew up in Amaliada and is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He works as a Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Greece specializing in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law. He is an Accredited Mediator of the Ministry of Justice and has attended certification on “Parental Divorce & Divorce Management” by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
With excitement about personal and professional development, he began exploring at early age the potential of human capabilities and possibilities. He is a certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Global Trainer & Consultant from NLP University Santa Cruz California and has a Certificate in Coaching AC Accredited from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In recent years he has specialized the trainings and the seminars that he organizes in Conflict Resolution at professional, personal and interpersonal level. He applies Mediation, Negotiation Principles, NLP techniques and Coaching models combined with his experience in the courtroom.
He was a member of the Hellenic Association of Role Playing and Strategy Games, founder of the writing group “Private Universes” and the “Athen’ s Metacartographic Society” founding
member & treasurer of the association of blood donators volunteers and blood cell donation “Giving Life”, founding member of The Book Club of Amaliada, vice-president of the “Friends of Papachristopoulios Library of Amaliada” association, secretary of the “Hellenic Academy of Chinese Philosophical and Gymnastic Arts” association (Phoenix) and secretary of the “Shaolin Wu-Kung Athletic Association of Southern Greece”.
He speaks three languages, he has written numerous articles in magazines, electronic press magazines and special editions and has a wide range of interests with a particular interest in music (classical and electric guitar), sports (Basketball, Extreme Sports) and martial arts (Shaolin Kung Fu , Tai-Chi).
